Acknowledgements: It is the declaration of parenthood either through spontaneous confession, known as Voluntary Acknowledgement, or because of a result proof in a trial, known as Forced Acknowledgement. Divorce: The rupture of a marriage, be it contentious or voluntary, because of infidelity, domestic violence, abandonment, economic irresponsibility and imprisonment, among other causes. Alimony: A periodic payment determined by a trial in favor of those who solicit it in order to cover basic expenses as required. Domestic Violence: Its the damage against family members with respect
to their physical, psychological or economic integrity. This is applied
in
order to avoid the continuity of acts that damage the family.
